    Here you can ask technical questions about the Kingdom Age clients and the official Kingdom Age website. Note that members of the staff will only reply on this board in exceptional cases. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the answers given on this board are correct.
    Even though, we do not answer here, we regularly check the board to see if there are any technical issues that need attention.

    If you do not find an answer to your question there, you may post it on this board and see if other players may be able to find a solution.

    Of course other players need essential information in order to help you. For this reason, we recommend to observe the following guidelines when posting:

    • Try to explain your problem as clearly as possible.
    • Make sure to give all relevant data if you feel that it is helpful for us to solve your problem. Examples for such data include:
      • Your operating system, e.g. Windows 10, Linux;
      • Your browser, e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox;
      • Your hardware specification, e.g. CPU, Graphics Card;
      • The exact wording of error messages.
